Privacy notice

Some details on this page — the providers of the server and of the mail service, and how long logs are kept — are provisional and still to be confirmed.

Last updated: 15 October 2026.

This page explains which personal data this site processes, why, for how long, and what rights you have. The site presents DogShow, the software for managing dog shows, hosts its user manuals and publishes the FCI breed nomenclature.

Processing follows Law no. 171 of 21 December 2018 of the Republic of San Marino and, for visitors from the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Which data we process

Visiting the site

Like every website, the server records the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, the address of the requested page, the outcome of the request and the declared browser type. They are needed to run the site, protect it from abuse and investigate faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service. These logs are kept for up to 50 days and then deleted.

We use no analytics, advertising or profiling tools, and we do not track visitors.

Contact form

If you write to us from the «Contact us» page, we receive your name, your email, your organization if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you: the site forwards them by email to the data controller and does not store them. The message stays in the mailbox of whoever replies to you for as long as needed to handle your request. To limit abuse, the server keeps the IP address of the sender in memory for one hour. The legal basis is your request: replying is the reason you wrote to us.

User manuals

The manuals can only be opened from DogShow. When you open them, DogShow sends us an identifier of your user and your role (manager or exhibitor), and we keep them in a signed technical session cookie that lasts two hours and only serves to show you the manuals for your role. It contains neither your name nor your email. The legal basis is providing the service you requested by opening the manuals.

Manual assistant

If you ask the manual assistant a question from DogShow, we receive the text of the question, the language, your role and your user identifier. The question is processed by a model running on our server: it is not passed to external services and it is not stored. The identifier stays in memory for one hour, only to limit the number of questions per user.

Site theme

If you choose the light or dark theme, the choice is saved in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Cookies

The only cookie is the manual session cookie described above, and it is technical: without it, the manuals do not open. We use no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies, which is why the site does not ask for your consent.

Who receives the data

No third party. The site and its logs are hosted on a server of Iliad (France), which keeps them on our behalf as data processor. Fonts are served from our own domain: opening the site, your browser does not contact any other service.

Messages from the contact form are sent through the mail service Servizio di posta Esempio (Germany), which is also a data processor.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing or receive it in a readable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just write to info@2digit.sm.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of the Republic of San Marino or, if you live in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country.
